CYNOSURE OF ALL EYES TO BECOME
Welcome to 04/07 and the CYNOSURE OF ALL EYES TO BECOME is in Acts of the Apostles 04/07-
"And when they had set them in the midst, they asked, By what power, or by what name, have ye done this?"
Peter and John had an encounter with a man born lame at the gate of the temple, and administered the name of Jesus to him, who was miraculously cured instantly. Acts 3:1-11
The miraculous healing made Peter and John an instant sign and wonder to all and sundry in the temple - "And when Peter saw it, he answered unto the people, Ye men of Israel, why marvel ye at this? or why look ye so earnestly on us, as though by our own power or holiness we had made this man to walk?" Acts 3:12
They were brought before the highest religious council of his day, where they became the cynosure of all eyes because of the miracle.
After the death and burial of Jesus, all his disciples became eyesores in Israel but after receiving the Holy Spirit and performing incredible miracles, they became cynosure of all eyes before all and sundry.
The resurrection of Jesus and infilling of the Holy Spirit were what they needed to overturn their eyesore status into a cynosure of all eyes.
They received the promised power of the Holy Spirit and the name of Jesus to administer incredible signs and wonders that made them cynosures of all eyes.
- Jesus Christ died and rose from the dead to overturn your eyesore status into a cynosure of all eyes.
- Jesus Christ promised and poured his Holy Spirit to make a cynosure of all eyes from your eyesore status.
- Jesus Christ wants you to use his resurrection power and name to perform what will make you a cynosure of all eyes.
- Jesus Christ longs to set you forth in your family, workplace, community, city, nation, church, generation and world as the cynosure of all eyes.
PRAYER
O LORD, COUNT ME WORTHY OF YOUR RESURRECTION, INFILLING OF YOUR HOLY SPIRIT, POWER AND NAME TO BECOME A CYNOSURE OF ALL EYES IN JESUS' NAME.
