INVINCIBLE VICTORY
Welcome to 23/05 and the INVINCIBLE VICTORY TO ENJOY is in 1 Samuel 23/05-
"So David and his men went to Keilah and fought with the Philistines, and brought away their cattle, and smote them with a great slaughter. So David saved the inhabitants of Keilah."
The Philistines attacked Keilah and robbed his threshing floor - "Then they told David, saying, Behold, the Philistines fight against Keilah, and they rob the threshing floors." vs 1
Despite getting the information and inspiration from God to save Keilah from the Philistines, his soldiers were very afraid - "And David's men said unto him, Behold, we be afraid here in Judah: how much more then if we come to Keilah against the armies of the Philistines?" vs 3
After enquiring from the Lord again and again and receiving divine assurance and backup, David rallied his men to confront the Philistines - "So David and his men went to Keilah, and fought with the Philistines"
- David and his men defeated the Philistines with great slaughter and got great spoil - "and brought away their cattle, and smote them with a great slaughter"
- David was used by God to deliver the inhabitants of Keilah and save them from the Philistines - "So David saved the inhabitants of Keilah."
- David enjoyed invincible victory over the Philistines because he always enquired from the Lord and encouraged himself to do as the Lord said.
To become invincible in the visible and invisible battles of life, you must become addicted to enquiring from the Lord.
After enquiring from the Lord, you must encourage yourself and overcome every fear to confront and conquer all your enemies and problems.
As long as you get divine assurance from enquiring from the Lord, you will never lack divine backup to be more than a conqueror.
How well you will defeat enemies and problems to save people and situations is determined by how far you enquire from the Lord and encourage yourself in the Lord.
PRAYER
O LORD MAKE ME ADDICTED TO DIVINE ENQUIRY THAT WILL ENCOURAGE ME TO ENJOY INVINCIBLE VICTORIES IN JESUS NAME.
